We celebrate the Holy Eucharist (communion)
every Sunday morning with services at 8:00 a.m.
and 10:00 a.m.
The 8:00 a.m. service is a "said" service (no music),
using Rite One from the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer
for the Eucharist.
Our service at 10:00 a.m. is a "sung" service, and we
sing and hear music throughout this worship service.
This service uses the more contemporary language of Rite Two from the Book of
Common Prayer.
Sunday School at St. Augustine's is held in the Apple House, which is nestled in
the woods a short distance behind the church. Classes meet on Sunday mornings
at 10:00 a.m. Children ages 3 through 18 are invited to participate. Sunday School
is held year-round. There is no Sunday School the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and
there is a two week break at Memorial Day, Labor Day, and during the Christmas
holidays.
